Our Philosophy
Our aim is to provide a nice facility for little ones from 3 months through to 5 year olds. We understand that children, and their safety, are the most important factor in any parents’ life. We aim to provide a safe, loving and caring facility for them to spend their days at. To ensure that each and every child gets the attention they deserve, we will be limiting our intake to 45 children with 10 staff members to look after them. To make life a lot less stressful for you, the parent, you will not need to pack meals for your children, as we will provide all meals: breakfast / mid morning snack / cooked lunch / afternoon snack / tea / juices. Learning will be done thru constructive play, reading and games giving them a comfortable pace of learning and also getting into a routine for school. We are an all inclusive school. So all stationery and toiletries are included in the price.
Extra Murals
Monkeynastix is an Extra Mural done on site once a week for 30 minutes. They take children from the age of 2 years old. They work on balance, body awareness, co-ordination, flexibility & strength, locomotion and rhythm and timing. Monkeynastix is an outsourced extra mural and will be billed separately to Wilro Kidz.
Babynastix is done on site once a week for 30 minutes. This extra mural is from the age of 6 months to 2 years. Fun sensory games, vestibular and proprioception movement, baby massage and many other milestone activities. Qualified Instructors. Babynastix is an outsourced extra mural and will be billed separately to Wilro Kidz.

Nicole West
Principal - Manager
Nicole holds an NQF Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Development Management, along with a Diploma in Travel and Tourism. She brings many years of hands-on experience in managing a Nursery School, supported by a strong passion for early childhood education. Nicole has completed a Level 1 First Aid course, holds a valid Certificate of Good Conduct, and has furthered her knowledge through a course in Child Psychology. As a mother of two, Nicole understands the importance of nurturing, structure, and trust. One of her children proudly graduated from Wilro Kidz before moving on to “big school,” while her youngest is currently enjoying their journey at Wilro Kidz. This personal connection allows Nicole to lead with both professional expertise and a parent’s heart.
Reginah Banga
Baby Teacher
Teacher Reginah lovingly looks after our baby class. She is a qualified BabyGym instructor and brings a gentle, nurturing approach to early development. Each morning, all our babies enjoy a specialised massage tailored to their individual needs — whether for relaxation, easing constipation, relieving muscle tension, or general comfort. With 21 years of experience working with babies (and having raised a few of her own), Reginah’s calm presence and deep understanding of infant care are truly invaluable. Teacher Reginah holds an NQF Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Development, a valid First Aid Certificate as well as a Certificate of Good Conduct, ensuring our little ones are always in safe and capable hands.
Melissa Proctor
Teacher
Teacher Melissa has completed numerous short courses in Early Childhood Development. She teaches our younger toddlers and brings with her a wealth of experience, along with genuine love and care. Her classroom is always fun, vibrant, and full of happy little learners. Teacher Melissa is excellent in potty training our little ones. She has a First Aid Certificate as well as a Certificate of Good Conduct.
Tamryn Scott
Teacher
Teacher Tammy teaches our Minion Toddlers at Wilro Kidz and brings many years of experience working with this energetic and curious age group.She is known for her great love for children, genuine passion for teaching, and her extremely creative approach to learning and play. Teacher Tammy holds an NQF Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Development and has completed a Level 1 First Aid course, ensuring both enriching learning experiences and a safe environment for our little ones.
Emily Ramabodu
Teacher
Emily brings many years of experience caring for children of all ages and currently looks after our Jungle Toddlers at Wilro Kidz. Children are truly her greatest passion, and her love for them is simply out of this world. As a mom of two, Emily brings both professional experience and a nurturing, understanding heart to her classroom. One of her children is also part of the Wilro Kidz family. Emily holds a NQF Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Development, further strengthening her skills and knowledge in early learning.
Lebogang Yenani
Teacher
Known as Teacher Lee, she brings several years of experience caring for children of all ages and is currently studying towards her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Development. Teacher Lee lovingly looks after our 3-year-old toddlers at Wilro Kidz. Working with children is her true passion, and her dedication to teaching is truly admirable. She is also a proud mother, bringing both personal insight and professional care to her classroom.
Kelebogile Dibakwe
Teacher
Known as Teacher Lebo, she brings several years of experience caring for children and is currently the teacher in Mickey Mouse. Teacher Lebo has a great love for children and brings a wide range of skills to her work, she has done many short courses in ECD. As a mother of three she combines her personal experience with her professional expertise to nurture and inspire the children in her care.
